Zheng Xiangli;

Abstract:

The author of this article focuses on the issue of faculty mobility within private colleges and universities in Jilin Province, analyzing the main reasons behind teacher turnover and proposing corresponding solutions. The research identifies that external factors affecting the mobility of faculty in Jilin's private higher education institutions primarily revolve around four dimensions: the socio-economic development context, changes in higher education policies, the supply and demand relationship in the teacher job market, and the management and institutional environment of private colleges themselves. The author further suggests strategies for addressing these issues, indicating that the mobility problem of faculty in private colleges in Jilin Province should be approached from policy, organizational, individual development, and social recognition levels.
